Soft Tissue & Massage Therapy
There are a number of soft tissue therapy techniques which can be successfully employed to assist in the reduction of pain and muscle hypertonicity and spasm. Some of these include massage therapy, trigger point therapy, acupressure point
therapy and myofascial release treatments. The need and benefits of these therapies vary from patient to patient. Depending on your condition and response to treatment we may incorporate one or more of these therapies into your treatment plan.

Offering the following types of Massage Therapy:
Chair Massage- This technique is focused on relaxing the patient before or after the chiropractic adjustment. Gliding and kneading strokes are applied to the muscles while the patient is fully clothed.
Swedish Massage- This technique utilizes long, flowing strokes designed to relax tight and tense muscles. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis.
Deep Swedish- This technique focuses on areas that need more attention. Deep Swedish targets deeper muscle groups to release chronic muscle tension. This style utilizes slower, deeper strokes to achieve muscle relaxation.
